My name is Shalu from Kanpur. Last month, I got married. Before my marriage, I had sexual relationship with my boyfriend for almost 8 months. We were very close and had sex more than 50 times. I was very much satisfied with his stamina and rough sex.

After that, due to some reason we broke up. 3 months after our breakup, I got married to my present hubby. On my 1st night, I was very scared that my hubby might doubt about my virginity, but he never found that I was already involved  physically with some one else before my marriage.

Now my question is: After my 1st night, I have been bleeding continuously for 3 days. How is this possible? I have already had rough sex with my boyfriend more than 50 times and my boyfriend was much stronger and a rough-tough lover compared to my hubby.

So my doubt is: Was I still a virgin at the time of marriage? Was my boyfriend not able to break my hymen inspite of all the sex we had?

Please solve my puzzle. I am really perlexed.

No, you were not a virgin as you already had sex with your boyfriend for plenty of times. Bleeding might have had there because of some other reasons and doctor can only tell you if you want to know the correct reason. If you are happy with your married life which you should have to be then do not recall past memories for the sake of your happy married life. What you did in the past is gone and has no relation with present life so invest your time and love in your married life. Many people are in premarital sex life so you are not alone but since you are married; your focus should be your married life.

Hi shalu , though literally you were not virgin, because literally virgin means person who has not even touched by the person of other gender or he/she never felt the sexual feeling , virgin can be anything which is very pure. As you said bleeding so vaginal bleeding is not the proof of virginity of a women sometimes even the virgin women who have sex for the first time also won't bleed during sex and sometimes like in your case you bleed though you already have sex earlier.
Now about your bleeding it may be due to other reasons like your hubby have sex in a different way then your lover had or his dick size or grith is different so it may touched your vagina in a different way , or your hymen may not reptured or reptured again because you didn't had sex from long time. I don't think you should think much about it , finally all is well with you so enjoy your sex life and have more and more fun. ;)

It is surprising that you and your temporary boy friend behaved just like a newly married couple, done sex more than 50 times.Did you bleed that time and felt sever pain. You have already lost your virginity, your husband is innocent person. He didn't suspect your infidelity. In future you may become mother of a son or daughter, will you preach them to do sex with bf or gf 100 times before marriage.I feel ashamed to write such things.Consult Doctor for continuos bleeding for three days.Don't forget to tell your past experience.

Hi Shalu,

You've lost your virginity absolutely with your boyfriend, and medically second devirginization is not possible.

Normally a women should not bleed during sex. There can be a lot of reasons for bleeding, even if it isn’t someone’s first time. Some reasons of bleeding during sex are following:

● Endometriosis, a condition where uterine lining (what your period is made of) was growing outside her uterus.

● An allergic reaction to latex condoms or spermicide.

● Having a vaginal infection, an STD, or a condition like pelvic inflammatory disease, orpolycystic ovarian syndrome.

Sex shouldn’t be an injury inducing event.
You wouldn't be worried if it occurred to bleed just one time during sex but if it happens again then you should see to your gynecologist just to be sure its nothing to worry about.

Best of luck,

Dear Shalu,

It is not possible to bleed due to hymen rupture after such a good and extended pleasure. Why you bled after marriage (three months after break-up, hence no sex) due to induced menstruation. This is caused by stoppage in sexual activity. When you resumed sex, body bled.

So don't assume that ur hymen did not rupture
