Why am I feeling pain in my lower abdomen after playing football?

It has been one day since I have been having pain in my lower abdomen. This started after I started playing football. But the day before I played football,I masturbated and felt some weakness.

What might be the reason for the pain? Is it due to my masturbation?

Pain and masturbation does not have any kind of connection so please do not blame masturbation because it has nothing to do with your masturbation and then playing football. It might be possible that something gone wrong with the playing trick or you do not know how to play football with safety.

You should have to know how to kick the ball rightly so it would not affect your bones or other nerves. Pain would definitely go away in one or two days so do not worry and if you feel pain even after three days then you should consult doctor but I am sure you would be totally fine so do not mix up pain and masturbation because these two things are different and no correlation with each other.

This is a new one for me. Masturbation causes stomach aches while playing football!

How long have you been playing football? See, I am not asking you how long you have been masturbating, as there is no connection between the two. As your User name suggests, sports may not be your passion and you may be playing football only once in a while.

Football involves running, stopping quickly, dodging other people and getting tackled. In short it is a strenuous sport. So, it is natural you may feel pain, discomfort or soreness while playing or immediately after playing football. This soreness usually dissipates quickly.

It is caused by fatigue and nutrient depletion in your muscles. When you exercise your body is burning calories and carbohydrates from your body. As you deplete the glycogen, or stored form of carbohydrates, your muscles become more tired and may feel sore. Once you stop exercising, and eat something you feel immediately better.

Within a couple of days of playing football you should be feeling better. Even if you were really sore at first, you notice that each day is a little better. If pain or discomfort persists past a few days, or seems to get worse, you may have an injury. It may be a minor muscle pull, but you should see a physician if it does not get better. The affected area may be swollen or painful to the touch. Avoid any further football until your doctor clears you.

The more often you play football, the less sore you will be. Not necessarily from tackling, but your muscles become stronger and used to the activity. To help avoid and recover from soreness always start with a warm-up. Jog or walk for five to 10 minutes and perform dynamic stretches that get your muscles ready for football. After your game, perform static stretches and hold for 15 to 30 seconds. Take a day off from exercise the day after your game, and drink plenty of fluids to replace those that you sweat out. Eat within 30 to 45 minutes of your game in order to replenish your body and aid recovery.

You must have read that Sports Associations allow Footballers’ wives to stay with them. This means that sex (masturbation in your case) has no effects on performance on the field.

Relax. Enjoy both your past-times, but do not get addicted.

Hi dear , it's a normal thing , by playing football you means while running you feel pain, am I right ?? Actually when we run after looking time we face such problems  it may be because you run too much. Take care of that don't eat or drink much before running , piss and empty your uretus before running. Their may also be a reason that you had some internal injury before because of that you feel pain. Their may also be a reason like I have that your kidney are not at the right place because of that you feels pain. Get diagnosed if you feel severe pain because it may be some stone problem also.
