Beauty pageant winners who were dethroned
Tara Conner, Miss USA - There was a huge controversy around this beauty queen. She was pictured kissing Miss Teen USA Katie Blair in public. Tara spent two months in rehab before she turned over her crown to the new Miss USA Rachel Smith.
Lindsey Evans, Miss Teen Louisiana - Miss Teen, Evans had to give her crown back after she was arrested over an incident in a restaurant, where marijuana was found in her purse, and she and three friends were accused of not paying their bill. You don't expect Miss Teen to behave this way and set wrong examples now, do you? Nevertheless, she was stripped of her title.
Laura Zuñiga, Miss Mexico International - Miss Mexico International, Laura Zuñiga was arrested along with her boyfriend and six others- for racketeering, drug trafficking and other charges. Even though after the court hearing, the judge did not find evidence against her, she was stripped of her title as Miss Mexico International 2009.
Keishla Villafane Rivera, Miss Puerto Rico – She was dethroned in 2009 after allegedly making death threats to the beauty pageant staff. Well, looks like she needs to learn a lesson about how to treat people right. She lost the title but won a mention in our list of 'Worst Beauty Pageant Winners.'
Carrie Prejean, Miss California - You expect a beauty pageant winner to be someone who can set an example for future contestants and well, she did... she set an example of how NOT to behave like her ever. Back in 2009, when this beauty won the Miss California pageant, she was soon dethroned due to ‘contract violations’. Some of her topless pictures were leaked. Though she termed it as the biggest mistake of her life, that doesn't take away the blunder she had made.
